Winter booking & cancellation policy
The first night's accommodation rate + taxes is due at the time of booking. For bookings 5 days or longer, 20% of the total amount due is required as a deposit. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the total payment will be due at time of booking. The deposit is NON refundable.
Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may risk cancellation of your reservation if final payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival.
Summer booking & cancellation policy
The greater of a $100.00 deposit or the first night's accommodation rate + taxes is due at the time of your booking. For bookings 5 days or longer, 20% of the total amount due is required as a deposit. Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required at the time of the booking, should your arrival be within 7 days. Deposits are NON Refundable.
We may cancel the reservation if final payment is not received. No money is refunded if cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival.
We would like to thank you for your interest in Snow Yeti. We believe that this style of luxury living is an ideal way to spend your mountain vacation. However there are Guidelines/Conditions to be followed when booking the Lodge:
- Snow Yeti sleeps a maximum of 12 people
- As owners we give priority to 'Family Bookings' or bookings to mature / responsible adults
- No pets please
- Snow Yeti is non-smoking
- Minimum stay is 2 nights
- Minimum stay in Christmas/New Year peak season is 5 nights
- Hot tub is not available in Summer months
- Monies quoted and due are in Canadian dollars - contact us for payment details
- Canadian taxes are payable on top of published accommodation rates (12% HST)
- CHECK IN time is 4pm - CHECK OUT time is 11.00am

As occupants, you are responsible for damage or disappearance of furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items in the home (normal wear and tear expected). A damage / security deposit may be required at time of booking.
The Lodge is equipped with a telephone available for local calls only. If you are making long distance calls you are required to use a credit card or calling card.
A housekeeping Crew will visit every day to remove garbage. Towels will be changed every second day. For stays of five days or less, no maid service will be provided other than the above. For stays of six days or more, full service of the Lodge will occur midstay. Towels, tea towels, bed linens, dishwash soap and coffee filters are supplied.
Playpens and high chairs can be pre-booked if required.
